Product Introduction
WCL explosion-proof diesel engine tracked transport vehicle is a dual power transport vehicle (i.e. explosion-proof diesel engine pump station and high-power gas motor pump station), which uses explosion-proof diesel engine as the main power source and compressed air as the auxiliary power source, and can switch power sources at any time. It is a heavy-duty transportation equipment designed for complex underground working conditions. The conventional model can cover different load levels of 6 tons, 8 tons, 9 tons, and 10 tons. The overall dimensions of the vehicle are about 4200 × 1400 × 1900mm. After removing the roof, the height of the whole machine can be reduced to 1400mm, and the height of the flat plate above the ground is about 715mm. The equipment adopts a track type walking structure, with a 20 ° climbing ability and a minimum turning radius of about 2500mm. It is more suitable for transportation environments with many bends, slopes, wet and slippery ground or more gravel in tunnels.
The vehicle is equipped with five safety protection systems for explosion-proof diesel engine monitoring, including ① gas monitoring alarm ② diesel engine high temperature ③ exhaust box temperature ④ oil pressure ⑤ water temperature.
Emergency stop device: The driver's seat is equipped with a prominent emergency stop button, which can instantly cut off power in case of emergency failure.
The transport vehicle is equipped with a telescopic boom, with a rated load capacity of 1500kg and a lifting range radius of 2m, ensuring safe and convenient loading and unloading of heavy objects. Different models are differentiated in terms of walking speed, system pressure, and flow configuration according to different loads, which can meet the diverse needs of mines for material transportation, equipment handling, and auxiliary traction. They can not only undertake daily material transportation, but also complete tasks such as equipment transfer, component handling, and underground traction. Their applicability is significantly wider than that of a single transportation equipment.
