Product Introduction
This mining tracked pneumatic flatbed transport vehicle is available in conventional models including MPCQL-12, MPCQL-10, MPCQL-8, and MPCQL-5. The overall dimensions of the machine are approximately 3850 × 1100 × 1300mm, and the effective size of the carriage is about 3000 × 1000 × 300mm. The rated load covers 5 tons to 12 tons, making it suitable for short to medium distance and multi frequency material transportation underground. The equipment adopts a compressed air driven hydraulic system, which does not require an external power supply and is suitable for underground transportation environments with higher requirements for safety and mobility.
This product is more inclined towards the positioning of "pure transportation, strong passability, and low body". It is not designed for multifunctional stack configuration, but to make underground transportation more stable and direct. For materials such as steel, support materials, pipelines, pump station components, drilling rig accessories, and scattered heavy objects, it can complete loading, transportation, and short distance traction work. Its core value is to reduce manual handling, decrease the number of intermediate transfers, and improve team turnover efficiency. The front and rear dual operation control valves, combined with the track walking structure, are more practical in tunnels with many bends, tight space, and inconvenient turning.
