Product Introduction
The conventional models of mining tracked flatbed transport vehicles cover MPQL-12D, MPQL-10D, MPQL-8D, and MPQL-5D. The overall dimensions of the machine are approximately 3850 × 1100 × 2100mm, and the dimensions of the carriage are approximately 3000 × 1000 × 300mm. The rated load capacity covers the range of 5 tons to 12 tons. In addition to transportation functions, the entire vehicle is equipped with a telescopic boom, with a rated lifting weight of 1500kg, a telescopic stroke of 700mm, a maximum lifting height of 3000mm, and a boom rotation angle of up to 360 °. It is suitable for completing integrated operations of "transportation+lifting+unloading" underground.
The inefficient processes of secondary transportation, manual loading and unloading, and temporary finding of lifting equipment for mining track flat transport vehicles are directly cut off. For underground sites, it can complete material transportation, positioning, lifting, and unloading in one vehicle, especially suitable for heavy objects on and off platforms, equipment component installation and transportation, support material lifting, narrow area loading and unloading, and other working conditions.
The mining crawler flatbed transport vehicle adopts crawler walking, dual speed walking motor, fail safe braking, and improves lifting stability through leg assistance; At the same time, the entire machine still retains the ability to adapt to underground conditions such as ready to use ventilation, 1100mm width, and ± 20 ° climbing.
