Product Introduction
The mining rope coring drilling rig is a specialized equipment solution developed for mining geological coring and underground drilling conditions, suitable for operation scenarios with high requirements for construction continuity, coring integrity, and on-site organizational efficiency. Compared to traditional coring methods, this type of equipment focuses on the rope coring process. By optimizing the drilling and coring processes, the "drilling core lifting reset" operation chain is further simplified, making the equipment more adaptable to standardized and continuous construction management needs while maintaining coring quality.
The mining rope coring drilling rig adopts a self-propelled crawler, with strong passability and flexibility, meeting the requirements of climbing up to 25 ° and adapting to various complex working conditions. The drilling rig host can rotate 360 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees on the platform, achieving all-round drilling operations without blind spots. The host lifting adopts a two-stage oil cylinder with a long stroke (standard stroke is 800mm, customizable stroke), and the horizontal drilling height range is 1350mm to 2750mm.
The key to the rope core extraction process is that there is no need to repeatedly withdraw the entire set of drill rods when extracting rock cores. This operation method helps reduce ineffective auxiliary actions, shorten the core extraction time, and reduce the beat loss caused by frequent tripping and drilling.
