The structure of the drilling rig can meet the requirements of all-round construction operations and the digging rig is provided with auxiliary support to ensure the stability of the drilling rig in the drilling process(the stability method adopts top and bottom support, and the overall stability of the drilling state is good).

The drilling rig is required to be a crawler travel type, which integrates the main unit, pump station,operation console, explosion-proof computer, flow meter, and emergency stop switch, and it is suitable for various construction processes such as directional drilling with screw motors and rotary drilling with hole openings.

4. The drilling rig is provided with a water pump flow detector, which is centralized above the operation console and equipped with throttling and unloading control valves. The water pump control valves are also centralized on the operation console for construction personnel to operate in a centralized manner.

The rotation and feeding systems of the drilling rig should be designed with separate modules, which can achieve high and low speed operation modes, meet various construction requirements such as normal drilling,composite drilling, and drilling direction adjustment, and can achieve precise adjustment of drilling direction. 7. It can achieve cross-belt or other obstacle operation, and the main guide rail can move forward or backward through the hydraulic oil cylinder under the guide rail.

8. The main unit lifting adopts dual oil cylinder hydraulic control, and the lifting oil cylinder is a two-stage oil cylinder with a large stroke, which can achieve different hole heights for operation.
