ZDY erawler type foully hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for  coal mines is mainly used for directional drilling of various engineering projects such as gas extraction (discharge) grouting fire prevention coal seam water injection, coal seam thickness,outburst relief, geological exploration,ete.It is suitable for various coal seams and rock formations with a rock strength coefficient of fi0.

The drilling rig can walk independently and turn in,place.It is required that the height of the tummel or drilling site be greaiter than 3m,the width be greater than 4.5m,and the cross-section be greater than 12=2,Diamond smalI-diameter drilling can,also be used for exploration of metal and pon-netal solid deposits:geological surveys for engineering projects such as,civil construction,highways,railways, bridges,dans,and national defense construction,aswell as drilling for hydrological oil and mgas field exploration and dam grouting.,The main,supporting products of this drilling rig include botton hole motors,mining drilling measurement devices and directional drilling rods.

◆The equipment features coupact structure and good stability,"and it is,easy to transport and disassemble.

◆The drilling rig has high torque and a reasonable rotational speed,range and it is suitable,for drilling sall-diameter diamond cores,as well as meeting the   requirenents for drilling large-diameter hard alloy cores and various engineering drilling.i apsot te boittstilit teadisnihim.

◆The drilling is required to be a crawler travel type and it integrates the main unit,pmp station,operation console,explosion proof  computer,flow.meter,and emergency stop switch.It is suitable for various construction processes sich as directional drilling with screw motors and rotary  drilling with hole openings.

◆The drilling rig is.provided with a water pump flow detector,which is centralized above,the operation console and equiped with"throttling and unloading  control valves.The water pump control valves are also ceitralized on the operation console for construction personnel to operate in a centralized manner.

◆The rotation and feeding systems of the drilling rig should be designed with separate modules,which can achieve high and low speed operatian modes,meet various construction requirements such as nornal drilling,composite drilling. and driling direction adjustnent,and can achieve precise adjustment of drilling direction.Moreover,It can aiso meet the separate torgue limit modules of the fast and slow rotation systems,enhancing the adaptability of the drilling rig for rotary drilling and directional drilling.

◆The jig adopts adual-head oil cylinder,the whole rig is short in length the stroke of the oil cylinder is large, and one feed of the oil cylinder can achieve  contimuous drilling of 1.2m,reducing the mmber of rod reversals and greatly inproving productivity.

◆The bydraulic system of the drilling rig adopts a single action operation mode,and each actuator has corresponding control valves for independent   operation without interference,making the operation process simple.

◆The hydraulic cmponents are selected from top international or domestic brands,and the hydraulic system of the drilling.rig adopts a load,sensitive variable system,which has significant energy conservation,as well as good Operability and high reliability.

◆The drilling rig is provided with anti-slip and active floating function of the unloading oil cylinder, with can effectively prevent damage to the drilling rod threads and improve the seryice life of the dilling rod.

◆The drilling rig.adopts a composite clamp to ensure effective tightening of the drilling rod and prevent drilling.

◆AS the load changes,the rotational speed decreases and the torque gradually increases,making drilling more reasonable.
