Product Introduction
The mining deep hole rope coring drilling truck belongs to a crawler type self-propelled,stepless variable speed,all-round hydraulic drilling truck.It can be equipped with diamond composite geological drill bits,hard alloy drill bits,large-diameter roller drill bits,and rope coring drilling.It is versatile and widely used in drilling construction of coal mines,non-ferrous metals,hydropower buildings，municipal engineering,nuclear industry,geological exploration and other systems.
The drilling truck consists of a main unit,a travel mechanism,an operation console,a power system,an oil tank assembly,and a mud pump truck.
The drilling truck adopts a self-propelled crawler,with strong passability and flexibility,meeting the requirements of ±25°climbing and adapting to various complex working conditions.The maximum external width of the drilling truck is only 1,050mm,and it can move,travel and carry out construction operations on small tunnels of 1.1-1.2m.
The main unit can rotate horizontally 360°and ±90°on the platform,achieving all-round drilling operations without dead corners.The main unit lift adopts a two-stage oil cylinder with a long stroke(standard stroke is 800mm,customizable stroke)and a horizontal drilling height range of 1,350mm to 2,750mm.
The diameter of the rotator through-hole is large,and multiple specifications of drilling rods can be used.The length of the drilling rod is not limited by the size of the drilling rig joint.The rotator,clamp,and propulsion mechanism of the drilling truck can be operated in con junction,with a high degree of automation,reducing the labor intensity of the operators.The power system adopts a dual pump system,with independent adjustment of rotation parameters and feed parameters,which can meet various drilling processes.During the coring process,the core is lifted without lifting the drilling rod,reducing the auxiliary time for lifting the drilling rod.If the core is blocked,it can be immediately retrieved,improving drilling efficiency and core recovery rate.
It is suitable for coring drilling rods,geological drilling rods,triangular drilling rods,and wide-blade drilling rods.
