Product Introduction
CMQ2 top cutting drilling truck for coal mines is a new generation of crawler travel tunnel top cutting drilling equipment and it can achieve all-round roof cutting operations with a front and rear angle of -30°to +30° and a vertical pitch angle of 360". This drilling truck is mainly used for the construction of seam blasting boreholes and other engineering holes in coal mines using the N00/110 working method for roof cutting and pressure relief automatic tunneling technology. It is suitable for various coal seams and rock formations with a rock strength coefficient of f14. The equipment features compact structure, flexible operation, good mobility, and it is easy to operate when positioning seam holes. With crawler travel, it has good universality and has the characteristics of one machine for multiple uses.
Features
(1) The equipment can achieve high operation safety, can significantly reduce the physical labor intensity of workers and is suitable for the construction of flat and inclined tunnels with various sections;
(2) Compact structure, fully hydraulic control, easy and flexible operation, crawler travel, easy displacement, good maneuverability, time-saving and labor-saving;
(3) The power head of the drilling rig has high torque, long stroke and high drilling efficiency, able to greatly improve operation efficiency;(4) The hydraulic system is provided with fast propulsion performance, saving more than twice the drilling rod time, and is provided with components for loading and unloading drilling rods, reducing the labor intensity of operators;
(5) With a variable system, the no-load rotational speed of the equipment is high, and as the load changes, the rotational speed decreases and the torque gradually increases, making drilling more reasonable.
