Product Introduction
The mining hydraulic anchor rod drilling truck is comprehensive equipment used for efficient anchor rod support operations on the roof and side walls of coal mines, tunnels, and other underground engineering.
The truck adopts a platform lifting structure design to achieve mechanized operation and construction of full section anchor rod holes, anchor cable holes, blast holes and detection holes. It can meet the integrated operation of drilling, charging rolls, anchor rod installation and automatic fastening of anchor rods throughout the entire process. It is the main supporting equipment for continuous mining machines and tunneling machines. This drilling rig has comprehensive functions, high work safety and efficiency. It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve support efficiency and quality. It is the preferred equipment for achieving fast and efficient support in tunnel excavation.
1. The equipment is provided with two sets of drilling arm mechanisms, both of which are controlled by independent hydraulic systems and do not interfere with each other during operation.
2. The equipment can be operated and supported by wireless remote control (with a control distance of 50m), and the driver can choose the best position for operation. When moving the machine, the operator can stay away from the equipment to improve operational safety.
3. The equipment adopts a load sensitive variable pump and a proportional valve and it operates more accurately and softly, reduces energy consumption and system heating, distributes power more reasonably,outputs high torque, rotates at high speed and has high drilling efficiency.
4. The propulsion mechanisms of the two sets of drilling mechanisms can achieve rotation adjustment in different positions and at different angles, and can carry out construction operations for the full section roof, side anchor rods and anchor cable holes.
5. The drilling rig is provided with hydraulic clamps and top tightening devices. The drilling rod is secured by the clamps, and the drilling box is rotated reversely by the operating handle to drive the drilling rod, which can achieve mechanized and rapid disassembly of the drilling rod and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
