Product Introduction
1.The drilling truck adopts a modular design,with a simple structure and compact overall size architecture,with a wide range of applications.The pump station assembly is placed above the crawler for easy maintenance and to avoid the risk of motor failure caused by debris such as mine water entering the motor.Maintenance and disassembly are relatively convenient.
2.The drilling truck is provided with a remote control and local dual operation control system,and can be optionally equipped with monitoring systems for pressure,temperature,travel,and drilling depth (optional).
3.The drilling truck can be equipped with an optional coal powder collection system and directly transported to the mining car and belt conveyor through a flexible spiral conveying system,reducing the subsequent cleaning workload.
4.The drilling truck can meet the requirements of large angle construction operations along the trench(the drilling equipment is placed along the trench,and the drilling direction is aligned with the tunnel),without affecting the passage of other material transportation vehicles.
5.The main structure of the drilling truck adopts a double column(upper)+four support (lower)load bearing chassis,making the equipment more stable during drilling operations and able to meet complex working conditions such as drilling on sloping surfaces.
6.This drilling truck is suitable for omnidirectional drilling operations and adopts multi degrees of freedom,independent self-locking structure design at any position (all adjustments are hydraulic automatic).The angle adjustment is more flexible and convenient,suitable for different working conditions,and can meet small spaces.The angle adjustment and horizontal rotation are both supported by a hydraulic rotation support structure(integral),which is hydraulic controlled (horizontal rotation 360°,vertical angle adjustment ±90°),truly achieving 360°all-round operation without dead corners,and the main unit can be automatically locked at any angle.
7.The guide rail can achieve secondary telescoping through hydraulic oil cylinders,allowing for operations across the belt or other obstacles.
8.The main unit lifting adopts dual oil cylinder hydraulic control,and the lifting oil cylinder is a two-stage oil cylinder with a large stroke,which can achieve different hole heights for operation.
9.The guide rail structure adopts a profile integral welding structure which has better rigidity than the bending structure and is not easily deformed;the top tight column assembly adopts an inner and outer sleeve structure,which has good bending resistance.
10.The maximum width of the truck is 900mm,with a minimum ground clearance of 200m. It can adapt to climbing angles of ±25°,has good passability,and high stability.
11.This equipment adopts a high-power cooling device,which can effectively control the temperature rise of hydraulic oil,improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system,and extend the service life of seals and other hydraulic components.
12.The hydraulic system adopts a special valve group for high flow and low pressure loss drilling truck,which is easy and reliable to operate.The entire hydraulic system has high efficiency,minimal energy loss during extended travel,and adopts a high-power cooling system to effectively control the temperature of hydraulic oil and improve the service life of hydraulic components.
