Product Introduction
WCL explosion-proof diesel engine crawler transporter is a dual-power transporter (i.e.explosion-proof diesel engine pump station and high-power pneumatic motor pump station). It uses explosion-proof diesel engine as the main power source and compressed air as the auxiliary power source, and can switch power sources at any time. This product has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, small turning radius, strong passing capacity, and high transportation efficiency. It can be widely used for transportation, handling, and traction in coal mines, non-coal mines, hydropower construction, nuclear industry, geology, and tunnel engineering.
Main advantages
◆The transporter is equipped with a dual power source system (i.e.explosion-proof diesel engine pump station and high-power pneumatic motor pump station),which is green and environmentally friendly. It can switch power sources at any time and can be used for auxiliary transportation or emergency response.
◆The start mode of this transporter is pneumatic start (optional electric start), with a high safety factor and simple applicability.
◆The diesel engine power throttles are 2+1 multiple throttles (two foot pedal throttles and one manual throttle), with the three throttle valves interlocked (by locking the switch, only one throttle valve is allowed to work at a time, and the other two throttle valves are disabled), which improves the safety of use while facilitating operation.
◆The throttle control conforms to linear proportion, and the diesel engine is in idle energy-saving state when not working.According to road conditions and loads, the diesel engine automatically adjusts the throttle, which can achieve low fuel consumption and low pollution effects.
◆Adopting a high-power explosion-proof diesel engine with strong power, the exhaust gas is cooled through a purified water tank to maximize the explosion-proof performance of the diesel engine and reduce pollution.
◆Equipped with an emergency stop button, it can instantly shut down and cut off power in case of active faults.
◆High power pneumatic motor pump station, driven by 0.5MPa compressed air to achieve transporter operation, can solve emergency situations during transportation.
◆The equipment is provided with five safety protection systems for explosion-proof' diesel engine monitoring, including gas monitoring alarm indication, diesel engine temperature alarm indication, exhaust box temperature alarm indication, oil pressure monitoring, and water temperature monitoring. When the operating parameters exceed the upper limit of the rated parameters, it can automatically alarm and have real-time monitoring to remind drivers of the truck's operating status, ensuring safe and reliable operation to the maximum extent as possible.
◆Driven by a high-power dual speed traveling motor (with high and low speed switching), it has high traction force, moderate track to ground specific pressure, small overall width and a built-in brake in the travel reducer, which can adapt to various complex road conditions.
◆In the way of a load sensitive pump + a load sensitive proportional valve, the hydraulic system can achieve proportional adjustment of travel speed and adapt to road conditions effectively.
◆The transmission system components are the mature products from wel1-known domestic and foreign manufacturers and have high safety and reliability.
◆The travel control valve adopts the bidirectional driving with single handle and features simple operation and light weight. It can effectively solve the problem of insufficient space and inconvenient turning on the tunnel.
◆The transporter is provided with a telescopic crane arm, with a rated load capacity of 1,500kg and a lifting range radius of 2m, ensuring safe and convenient' loading and unloading of heavy objects.
