Product Introduction
MPCQL series mining crawler flatbed truck is mining material transportation equipment powered by compressed air, and it is suitable for tunnel engineering such as coal mines and metal mines, and also suitable for material transportation, handling, traction and other work. The equipment does not require power connection, and it is safe and reliable, easy to operate, and has high work efficiency. It can meet the needs of working in complex road conditions.
Features of the mining crawler type flatbed truck
1.The power source is compressed air, and the pneumatic motor is driven by a hydraulic pump. It does not require electricity and can work by connecting it to the air duct;
2.The crawler type traveling transportation of materials reduces labor intensity for workers;
3.The front and rear dual operation control valves adopted effectively solves the problems of insufficient space and inconvenient turning in the tunnel.
4.Adopting a high-power dual speed travel motor, it can switch between high and low speed;
5.With a large load capacity and an overall width of only 1,100mm,it can be used in narrow working conditions;
6.For multiple uses, it can be used as a handling and transportation tool as well as a tractor;
7.With strong pass abilities and a climbing range of ±20°, it can adapt to various complex working conditions;
8.The travel reducer is equipped with a built-in brake, which automatically locks when parking to prevent the truck from slipping;
9.The truck body is equipped with four telescopic legs, making it safer to lift materials;
10.It can adapt to various complex road conditions thanks to its high-power travel motor hydraulic drive, high traction force, moderate ground specific pressure of the crawler, small overall width, and built-in brake of the travel reducer;
11.The transporter is provided with a telescopic crane arm, with a rated load capacity of 1,500kg and a lifting range radius of 2m, ensuring safe and convenient loading and unloading of heavy objects.
