The tunnel reclamation machine for coal mines adopts a rock breaking technology combining loading, crushing and milling, and it is suitable for coal tunnel, semi-coal rock tunnel, and full-rock tunnel. It is used for daily maintenance operations of crushing, excavating, loading, and leveling the roof, floor and side walls of the tunnel. With a working arm of multiple degrees of freedom as well as a crushing hammer, bucket and milling head, it can achieve comprehensive trimming operations in narrow tunnels. 

1. Compact structure, small overall dimensions, low energy, low noise and high efficiency. When used in conjunction with scraper conveyors, it can achieve mechanized tunnel reclamation operations and can improve the speed of tunnel reclamation operations. 

2.The equipment is fully functional, meeting various functions such as excavation, undercover, expansion, side digging,crushing, rock breaking, shoveling, cleaning the bottom of the belt conveyor, loading, and leveling the tunnel. It is suitable for working face operations such as expansion, bottom lifting, expansion, and transportation in mining forming tunnel, coal tunnel,and semi-coal rock tunnel. 

3.The equipment has low vibration during operation, and its crushing hammer absorbs the impact during operation by itself,resulting in good working stability and improved overall reliability. 

4. The working arm of the reclamation machine can achieve a 180° rotation function on both sides. It meets the requirements of full section digging, and can clean the bottom of the belt conveyor without leaving any dead corners. 

5. The installation of a front shovel plate on the equipment can assist in pushing the base flat and provide effective support for the operation of the front actuator. 

6. The equipment is provided with a mining explosion-proof cable reel, which automatically retracts and releases the cable when the equipment moves forward or backward, reducing labor intensity and improving the safety of equipment use. 

7. By using a quick connection device, it is possible to quickly replace the bucket, the crushing hammer, and the milling and digging machine, saving time and effort. One machine can be used for multiple purposes, meeting different operational needs, completing the entire tunnel reclamation operation, saving time and effort, and achieving high work efficiency. 8. As the equipment adopts a dual pump system (main pump + auxiliary pump), using an air-cooled system, there is no need to drag water pipes, and the hydraulic system adopts a load sensitive variable system with a compact structure. The control adopts a proportional pilot, which works smoothly without impact, improves the service life of hydraulic components, reduces energy consumption, effectively reduces hydraulic system heating, and greatly improves the efficiency of the equipment. 

9. The equipment is easy to operate, and the control room conforms to ergonomics, making it convenient and comfortable. The control handles are arranged reasonably to reduce work fatigue, and the movable ceiling can be adjusted according to working conditions, ensuring the operator's safety to the greatest extent. 

10. It is easy to maintain, and the oil pump and the control valve are protected by an open cover design for easy maintenance. The hydraulic and electrical pipelines are arranged reasonably, ensuring good safety and stability.
