Product Introduction
The underground drilling operation has a high degree of danger and high labor intensity. Currently, the loading and unloading of drilling rods underground are mainly completed manually, which results in high labor intensity and significant safety risks. Therefore, it is very important to develop intelligent drilling rigs with automatic drilling rod loading and unloading functions. Intelligent drilling rigs can replace manual operations and achieve unmanned loading and unloading of downhole drill rods and drilling operations. Our company has designed and developed the CMS1 coal mine deep hole drilling intelligent drilling rig series, which has a compact structure, flexible operation, and good mobility. It can significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the safety factor of operations. It is widely used in underground gas extraction, geological exploration, and grouting in coal mines.
Product Features
▪ Split structure design: The structural layout is reasonable, and compared to the integral drilling rig, it is smaller in size and easy to maintain.
▪ One click fully automatic drilling: The operator sets the parameters and simply presses the control button to automatically complete a series of actions such as drilling, connecting and unloading drill rods, greatly reducing labor intensity.
▪ Remote control: The equipped wireless remote control can display the relevant parameters of the drilling rig in real time, supporting close range remote control underground and remote control on the ground, achieving human-machine separation and freeing workers from dangerous environments.
▪ Intelligent anti sticking drilling: By intelligently judging the collected parameters such as pressure, speed, and displacement, the system can perceive the drilling status in real time, automatically handle complex working conditions such as sticking drilling, and ensure equipment safety and drilling efficiency.
▪ Automatic data recording: Various data during the drilling process, such as depth, pressure, speed, etc., will be automatically recorded and stored for easy construction management and analysis.
▪ High safety: Through automation and remote control, the number of underground workers has been effectively reduced, fundamentally improving the level of coal mine safety production.
